Doe Knot : A snack that is commonly eaten by many fisherman while waiting for that 'big one' to arrive. They come in many different flavors, including chocolate, strawberry, glazed and cream-filled.

• Flatten each biscuit slightly, Using a small cookie cutter make a hole in the center (keep centers).
• Place Doe Knot centers into hot oil in deep fryer or pot
• Cook until golden brown
• Take out of deep fryer & place on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
• Coat Doe Knots with your favorite toppings.
• Pack plenty for your fishing trip.
